Skip the Line

New mobile checkout is now available at all Target stores nationwide, which means a way more convenient shopping experience. A Target employee quickly scans the items in your shopping cart, allowing you to pay with a credit card from anywhere in the store.

For the peak shopping days cough, cough Black Friday Target workers will be stationed in all of the store’s hot spots where items are expected to quickly fly off shelves.

Navigating Black Friday Like a Pro

Mark your calendars

Black Friday deals go live online early Thanksgiving morning. For the adventurous souls who brave the stores, Target will be open at 5 p.m. on Thanksgiving until 1 a.m. on Friday, Nov. 23. After a few hours of “lights out,” the department store will reopen on Friday morning at 7 a.m.

Keep it convenient

If you’re all about those Black Friday deals, but want to pick your purchase up later, order pickup will be available for select items on Thanksgiving and Black Friday. And for the first time, Drive Up, a free, same-day service enabling guests to order in the Target app and have their items brought to their car, will be available on Black Friday.

Store maps

There’s nothing more overwhelming than stepping into the craziness of Black Friday and not having a game plan. With your phone in hand, however, you can effortlessly conquer the aisles of Target. The app will have store maps available for your viewing pleasure based on your location. You can view your store’s map on Nov. 18 to work out your strategic shopping route.

A Season of Savings

Good news—Target is bringing back its popular Weekend Deals! The sales offer discounts on items you shop for most during the season. Think: Holiday gifts and home items to decorate and prep for all the holly jolly gatherings with family and friends. The Weekend Deals are available in stores and online beginning Nov. 10. Details about each week’s upcoming sales will be revealed on Wednesdays throughout the season.
