When making chicken floss for babies, it is important to choose high-quality and fresh chicken breast meat. Wash the muscles thoroughly and soak them for about an hour, changing the water several times during this time. Cut the scallions and ginger into sections and slices for preparation, then remove the meat tendons from the chicken and cut it into small pieces of diced chicken. After washing the diced chicken and ginger in water again, remove them and boil them in cold water for half an hour, continuously removing any foam.

The next step is to scoop up the cooked chicken and let it cool. After it cools down, use plastic wrap to pick up the diced chicken and press it firmly with a rolling pin to make it muddy. After turning the chicken into minced chicken, heat it up in a toaster and stir fry the minced chicken repeatedly for about fifteen minutes. Add some olive oil or walnut oil in moderation when stir frying.

After stir frying, the chicken paste has turned into a meat floss, but it is still not delicate enough. You can put these meat floss into the blender and grind them fine. Because it is for babies to eat, the meat can be made more delicate by measuring it. If it is not dry enough, it can be put into a bread machine and stir fried for a while until it becomes a powder before consumption.
