  Ingredients: Eggplant, tomato, minced pork, garlic, noodles, broth;

  ① Cut the ingredients into cubes, peel and grind the tomatoes into a paste, and mix minced pork with a little starch and baby soy sauce;

  ② Boil the noodles in broth and remove with warm water;
