Promote lung qi circulation, relieve cough and reflux, clear the three burners and suppress fire. Suitable for patients with initial onset of wind heat cold, headache and fever.

  2. Ginger brown sugar tea

  10 grams of ginger and an appropriate amount of brown sugar. Slice the ginger, soak it in boiling water, add a small amount of brown sugar, and replace it with a tea drink. It can dispel cold and relieve symptoms, warm the lungs and relieve cough, enhance appetite, and treat wind cold colds.

  3. Mung bean Congee

  50 grams of mung beans, 100 grams of glutinous rice, and an appropriate amount of rock sugar. Wash mung beans and japonica rice, cook Congee, add rock sugar to it after heating, stir well, and serve. It can clear heat, relieve symptoms, dispel heat and promote dampness, making it a good medicine for treating cold caused by heat and dampness.

  4. Scallion White Immortal Congee

  5-7 scallions, 4 slices of ginger, 60 grams of glutinous rice, and an appropriate amount of rice vinegar. Peel, wash and shred ginger, wash and chop scallions. Wash the glutinous rice, put it in the pot with ginger, add some water, cook it into Congee over low heat, then add scallion white to boil, season it, then add rice vinegar, and boil it slightly. It has the effects of relieving symptoms, promoting yang, and treating typhoid fever, headache, and abdominal pain.

  5. Watermelon and tomato juice

  Method: Take the flesh of the watermelon, remove the seeds, and squeeze the juice with gauze. First, blanch the tomatoes in boiling water, peel them, and then squeeze the juice with gauze. Combine the two juices and drink them as tea substitutes.

  Patients with wind heat and cold need to have a light diet, avoid spicy and stimulating foods, exercise appropriately, pay more attention to rest, drink more water, which is beneficial for the relief of the disease.
