1. Tomato juice

2. Carrot juice
Ingredients: 1 carrot
Method: Wash the carrots and cut them into small pieces; Put it in a small pot, add 30-50 milliliters of water and bring to a boil. Cook over low heat for 10 minutes; After filtering, pour the juice into a small bowl.
Note: Carrots grow directly in soil and are susceptible to pollution. It is recommended to peel the skin thicker and leave only the heart as raw material.
3. Rapeseed juice
Ingredients: 6 pieces of rapeseed leaves

Note: Apple juice is divided into two types: cooked and raw. Cooked refers to filtering out the juice after the apples are cooked. 6. Strawberry Juice
Ingredients: 3-4 strawberries, 1 tablespoon of water
