In addition, it may also be due to the low levels of progesterone in women's bodies during early pregnancy, incomplete formation of uterine decidua, and the release of mature eggs from the ovaries every month, resulting in periodic bleeding of the uterus. This is also the reason why menstruation occurs after pregnancy.
However, after three months of pregnancy, the placenta gradually forms and uterine bleeding stops. Therefore, even if menstruation continues after pregnancy, it will not exceed four months. If vaginal bleeding occurs, the possibility of threatened miscarriage should be ruled out first.
