If women do not undergo conservative treatment with medication, they can opt for tubal fenestration and suturing surgery. When the fallopian tube has not yet ruptured or the tear is relatively small, hysteroscopic surgery is performed, which requires cutting open the patient's fallopian tube to remove the embryo, and then suturing to ensure normal fallopian tube function. This type of surgery can reduce surgical risks, enable patients to recover quickly, and lower the likelihood of disease recurrence.
If neither of these methods is suitable for the patient, then the patient can only undergo salpingectomy surgery. Tubal resection surgery is generally aimed at individuals with severe and difficult to repair fallopian tube rupture. However, patients do not need to worry.
