B-ultrasonic examination shows cystic dark areas in the cervix. It should be considered that women may suffer from cervical cyst disease. Cervical cysts can also be called cervical gland retention cysts or Nabot cysts in medicine. Through examination, it will be found that women's cervix displays many prominent yellow white cysts of different sizes, which is an inflammatory cyst formed because the gland secretion cannot be discharged due to the blockage of the cervical gland duct.

As B-ultrasound examination is a relatively preliminary examination method, it is recommended that women undergo further examinations, such as vaginal discharge wet film examination (which can exclude bacterial, fungal, and trichomonas vaginal infections by checking the cleanliness of vaginal discharge), cervical TCT examination, HPV virus typing examination (excluding cervical lesions or even precancerous lesions), and biopsy (excluding cervical endometriosis or adenocarcinoma, etc.).

Cervical cysts generally do not have obvious symptoms and are often discovered during daily or other examinations. If the cysts are small, few in number, and develop slowly, regular follow-up observation can be conducted without special treatment. However, if cervical cysts are accompanied by severe cervicitis, they cannot be ignored and active treatment of cervicitis or physical therapy must be taken.
