One month of pregnancy is too short, and the gestational sac cannot be seen by ultrasound. Generally, the gestational sac can be seen by B-ultrasound examination after 5 weeks of pregnancy, and 100% of the gestational sac can be detected by 6 weeks. The embryo can be seen at 6-7 weeks of pregnancy, and at 49 days of pregnancy, primitive heartbeats can be seen when the diameter of the embryo is 2mm. At 8 weeks of pregnancy, it takes on a humanoid shape.

Generally, the gestational sac can only be seen by ultrasound at 8-10 weeks of pregnancy. Doing ultrasound too early theoretically can shake the fragile and newly formed embryo, which is not conducive to embryo development. It is best to avoid doing ultrasound too early or multiple times.

In addition to confirming pregnancy through ultrasound, there are other methods that can also be used to detect pregnancy. After 10 days of sexual intercourse, a pregnancy test paper or pregnancy test stick can be used. If pregnancy occurs, a positive morning urine test should be performed. On the 11th day after menstrual delay, HCG can be accurately determined through blood testing to determine pregnancy. In early pregnancy, it is recommended to only have one ultrasound to rule out abnormal conditions such as ectopic pregnancy, twin pregnancy, and molar pregnancy.
