Diagnosis can be confirmed through diagnostic curettage, basal body temperature measurement (basal body temperature is biphasic, bleeding occurs during the transition from low to high temperature), and laparoscopic examination. If the symptoms are mild and do not require treatment, medication can be used for those with excessive bleeding or affecting fertility.
