Ovulation bleeding symptoms

At present, bleeding during ovulation is a normal physiological phenomenon for many women, usually mild. Most of them can self heal through dietary regulation or improvement of lifestyle habits, and it does not affect health and fertility. So female friends don't need to worry too much. As long as they pay more attention to their bodies in their daily lives and regularly take care of them, they can take preventive and health care measures.

If ovulation bleeding lasts for more than a week, then you should immediately go to the hospital for examination to see if it is other reproductive tract diseases, such as menstrual disorders, cervical erosion, cervical polyps, cervical cancer, endometrial polyps, submucosal fibroids, endometrial adenocarcinoma, etc. Because many uterine diseases, such as cervical erosion, can also cause similar vaginal bleeding. If the following symptoms occur, be vigilant:

  1. Uterine bleeding. In a menstrual cycle with ovulation, there may be uterine bleeding during the ovulation period. The amount of bleeding is small, and some are only coffee colored secretions. It usually stops on its own within 2-3 days, with a maximum of 7 days.

  2. Abdominal pain. Periodic menstrual pain, which can be mild or severe, usually lasts for a few hours, and can last for 2-3 days in some patients.

  3. Infertility. Possible termination of sexual activity due to ovulation bleeding and missed opportunity for conception. Note: Generally, there are no obvious positive signs. Diagnosis can be confirmed through diagnostic curettage, basal body temperature measurement (basal body temperature is biphasic, bleeding occurs during the transition from low to high temperature), and laparoscopic examination. If the symptoms are mild and do not require treatment, medication can be used for those with excessive bleeding or affecting fertility.

In summary, these symptoms of ovulation bleeding are present in most sexually mature women. If not treated in a timely manner, it can lead to some serious gynecological diseases, which can affect daily life and work.
