Menstruation has been gone for a few days, and sexual intercourse is safe1

Generally, the first week after menstruation is a safe period for women, during which sexual intercourse between husband and wife is relatively safe and the probability of pregnancy is relatively low. In the menstrual cycle, there are two safe periods: pre ovulation safe period and post ovulation safe period. Starting from the day of the end of menstruation until the first three days of ovulation, this period is called the pre ovulation safe period. The period from the end of ovulation to the day before the next menstrual cycle is called the post ovulation safe period.

Many women of similar age experience menstruation, which is a normal physiological phenomenon and also a manifestation of their fertility. If a woman wants to have sex with her husband but does not intend to have children, she can choose to conceive within seven days after the end of her menstrual period, which is extremely low and can also avoid unnecessary harm to the woman.

However, even during the safe period of sexual intercourse, it is recommended that both men and women take good contraceptive measures, as nothing is absolute. Some couples choose not to use contraception in order to have a better sexual experience, and only require women to take medication or have an abortion afterwards. This can cause great harm to women's bodies. Once or twice, the body may be able to recover through self-regulation, but if done too many times, it will leave indelible damage to women's bodies.
