Vomiting at night during late pregnancy is a normal condition and not considered abnormal. Although most pregnant women can experience relief of pregnancy symptoms by mid pregnancy, the pregnancy symptoms of some women may persist throughout the entire pregnancy. So vomiting at night during late pregnancy is also very common.

If pregnant women experience vomiting at night, they can keep some food on hand, such as simple snacks like cookies. Eating a few cookies at night when vomiting can make oneself feel more comfortable. And after waking up in the morning, you can also eat some cookies first and lie down for about half an hour before getting up. Don't eat too much at once during pregnancy, especially for dinner, otherwise it's easy to vomit at night.

Improper diet during late pregnancy can also lead to vomiting symptoms in women, such as consuming greasy foods. Usually, cold food is less likely to cause nausea, vomiting, etc. This is because cold food has a lighter odor and does not irritate the gastric mucosa. Therefore, pregnant women should avoid eating warm food when vomiting severely.
