Is it normal for menstruation to occur 2 days earlier1

The bleeding time of a typical menstrual cycle is within eight days, with a cycle of 28 to 30 days. This time must be constant, and two days earlier is within the normal range. If the menstrual cycle is advanced by more than a week or more, it can be considered as advanced menstruation.

There are several reasons for early menstruation:

  1. Female blood heat can lead to early menstruation. If the yang energy in the body is abundant, the blood becomes hot and flows much faster, resulting in early menstruation.

  2. Menstruation 2 days earlier may be caused by endocrine dysfunction, and this is also a common reason.

  3. If there is a sudden change in the normal environment, or if one's own stress increases, emotions and mental depression can cause changes in menstrual time.

  4. Overwork or improper diet in women can easily damage their temper, and the spleen is the "commander" of blood. Once damaged, menstruation will advance by 2 days. If the heart and spleen qi are weak, the situation will become even more serious.

If there is local inflammation or organic lesions of tumors in the female reproductive organs, or if medication is taken, it can cause premature menstruation.
