As people pay more and more attention to running, the small tool of pedometer has gradually appeared in people's lives. A pedometer can help people record their steps and distance while exercising, giving them a sense of purpose and achievement, and helping them develop healthy walking habits. But how to use a pedometer?
1. When the weight is set in calorie (KCAL) mode, press the SET button to flash the weight display. At this time, the weight can be set. Press the MODE button once to add 10LB (2KG), then press the SET button again or wait for 6 seconds without pressing the button to return to KCAL mode. The weight can be set within the range of 70-270LB (30-120KG), with a default weight of 130LB (60KG) at the beginning.
2. When the RSET key is pressed for more than 2 seconds in any mode, the step count, distance, and calories are reset to zero.
3. When the time setting pedometer is running normally, pressing the SET button will cause the hour to flash. At this time, the hour can be set, and every time the MODE button is pressed, it will increase by one (holding down this button for 2 seconds will enter the quick setting). After setting the hour, press the SET button, and the minute will start flashing. Press the MODE button to set the minute. After setting, press the SET button again or wait for 6 seconds without pressing the button to return to normal travel time.
4. Mode conversion: The startup display shows time mode. Press the MODE key to enter step counting (STEP) mode, distance mode, calorie counting (KCAL) mode, and time mode in sequence.
5. Step distance setting: When the pedometer is in distance mode, pressing the SET button will flash and display the step distance. At this time, the step distance can be set: every time the MODE button is pressed, 2 IN (50cm) will be added, and pressing the SET button again or not pressing the button for 6 seconds will return to distance mode. The adjustable range of step distance is 10-80IN (30-200CM), and the default step distance is 28IN (60CM).
6. When the SET key is pressed for more than 2 seconds in STEP mode, the conversion between metric and imperial systems will be performed; At the same time, reset the step count, distance, and calories to zero, and set the step distance and weight as default values.
