There are three different ways to regulate menstrual pain during menstruation:

  1. Through dietary regulation, when dysmenorrhea occurs, you can drink more hot milk, eat more warm foods that invigorate the spleen, warm the stomach, promote blood circulation, and remove blood stasis. At the same time, your diet should be balanced, avoiding spicy or overly sweet and salty foods, and eating more vegetables, fruits, chicken, fish, and so on.

  2. Through daily care, when menstrual cramps occur, women should first pay attention to keeping warm. They can put a small bellyband on their lower abdomen to keep warm, while also keeping their vagina clean. It is forbidden to go to public places for swimming, bathing, taking cold showers, etc. Women can do more yoga and bending exercises before the onset of dysmenorrhea to relax their muscles and reduce the pain when it comes.

  3. Through clinical treatment, the main treatment for dysmenorrhea is pain relief and sedation. If the pain is severe, it is recommended that women go to a regular hospital and consult a clinical doctor for medication, which can be taken to relieve pain.
