Cesarean section is also a mode of delivery. Compared to vaginal delivery, cesarean section requires more time for postpartum recovery, and during the postpartum recovery period, more attention should be paid to conditioning and care, so as not to cause minor health problems to the body. So, how can cesarean section recover quickly?
There are several methods for mothers who have undergone cesarean section to recover quickly:
1. When you can get out of bed and walk around, you should engage in appropriate activities. After a cesarean section, if a woman can start moving after resting in bed for a period of time, she may want to get out of bed and walk around to help with postpartum ventilation and prevent intestinal adhesions. Women can walk slowly in the hallway, three or four times a day, and the duration of each walk should not be too long.
2. Do more abdominal massages. Abdominal massage can help eliminate residual blood in the uterus and vagina. Massage can be done gently from top to bottom, and the massage force should not be too strong. You can massage in circles around the navel or gently rub up and down to help with postpartum abdominal tightening and accelerate uterine contractions.
3. Supplement vegetables and fruits. Postpartum fruits should be selected with targeted care, avoiding cold fruits such as oranges, persimmons, watermelons, etc. Try to eat some warm fruits, such as apples. Eating fresh fruits and vegetables after childbirth can prevent postpartum constipation and also achieve nutritional balance.
