  Girls nowadays develop relatively early, and some enter their normal menstrual cycle in their teens. It is divided into menstrual period, safe period, and ovulation period. The menstrual period is about 3 to 7 days, and the normal ovulation period is around 14 days before the next menstrual period. If it's menstrual irregularities, it's hard to say which day the ovulation period will be. Except for the menstrual period and ovulation period, the remaining time belongs to the safe period.

  Women should be alert to abnormal conditions during ovulation. For example, if the body temperature rises higher than usual, there may be an increase in secretions, and some women may also experience lower back pain, lower abdominal and breast tenderness.
