  3. Not having menstruation. After the first menstrual period, there may be a lack of menstruation, absence of menstruation, and anovulatory uterine bleeding. Occasionally, there may be a total or excessive amount of menstruation. At this time, women should pay attention to whether it is a symptom of polycystic ovary syndrome.

  4. Infertility. If female friends who want to have a baby cannot conceive for a long time, they need to undergo examinations. Polycystic ovaries can easily lead to menstrual disorders and anovulation, which can cause female infertility.

  5. Obesity. Due to excessive secretion of androgens in the body, obesity can occur, and clothing can make the abdomen feel tight. Pressing on the abdomen can reveal lumps inside, and when polycystic ovaries undergo malignant transformation, it can also cause abdominal pain.

  6. Bilateral ovarian enlargement. Women can go to the hospital for gynecological examination of the abdominal cavity, and it will be found that the bilateral ovaries are twice as large as normal and have a tough feeling.
