How to determine the embryo grade

Nowadays, if a couple cannot conceive normally, they can resort to in vitro fertilization. However, the success rate of in vitro fertilization is not high. Once it is determined to undergo in vitro fertilization, it is necessary to extract female and male reproductive cells, fertilize them, and see if they can grow well. Moreover, in vitro fertilization embryos also need to be graded. So, what is the grade of test tube embryos?

How to determine the embryo grade1

The grade of test tube embryos needs to be distinguished based on the quality of their embryos, usually divided into four grades: A, B, C, and D. A-level embryos belong to the most excellent embryos, with uniform size and complete cell tissue, making them the best embryonic tissue for in vitro fertilization. B-grade embryos have better quality, but their size is uneven and there are some fragments that may affect embryo implantation and development. However, these types of embryos are mostly used for in vitro fertilization.

C-grade embryos belong to general embryos, with serious irregularities in cell size and characteristics, and poor quality. Therefore, the success rate of in vitro fertilization using these embryos is relatively low. Only women who insist on choosing this type of embryo can use it, otherwise it will be disposed of. However, D-grade embryos have already died or degenerated, making them unsuitable for in vitro fertilization.

When women undergo in vitro fertilization, if the embryo quality is consistently poor, it is necessary to continuously regulate the body until there are healthy embryos before starting the procedure. When undergoing in vitro fertilization, women need to take care of themselves carefully. After the embryo implantation is stable, women can conceive and have children like other normal pregnant women.
