Ovulation bleeding can be judged by women themselves. It is different from menstrual bleeding, with low blood flow and a brown color, which may be due to blood on toilet paper. It usually disappears within 2 days and mostly occurs between two menstrual periods. Menstrual bleeding is red in color and usually occurs in large amounts, lasting for 5-6 days.

Some women may experience bleeding during ovulation, which they may not even be aware of because it cannot be observed with the naked eye. The reason for bleeding during ovulation is that mature follicles need to rupture in order to release eggs, and estrogen levels decrease rapidly, preventing normal growth of the endometrium and leading to shedding of the endometrial surface, resulting in a breakthrough small amount of bleeding.

Of course, if women experience vaginal bleeding, in addition to menstrual bleeding and ovulation bleeding, they should also be alert to abnormal vaginal bleeding caused by gynecological diseases. This situation must be taken seriously and treated as soon as possible. To avoid some serious gynecological diseases that have not been treated in a timely manner, resulting in delayed treatment, worsening of the condition, and seriously affecting physical health.
