How to detect ovulation in polycystic ovary syndrome

  1. Ovulation can be determined by measuring basal body temperature. Generally, body temperature should be measured between 5 and 7 in the morning, and it should be taken before waking up to avoid affecting body temperature. You can place a thermometer under your tongue for measurement, record the temperature data after getting up every day, and plot it into a curve graph to determine ovulation based on changes in temperature.

  2. Perform follicle monitoring. You can calculate your ovulation time based on your menstrual period and then go to the hospital in advance for follicle monitoring. This method is relatively cumbersome and suitable for women with regular menstrual periods, but it has high accuracy and generally does not make mistakes.

  3. Use ovulation test strips. Ovulation test strips have already been sold on the market. You can buy some ovulation test strips from a pharmacy, measure them every morning, and record the ovulation situation.

Although ovulation is essential for conception, successful conception is closely related to the combination of sperm and egg. Therefore, if ovulation is detected, the number and survival rate of sperm can also be tested to achieve scientific and reasonable pregnancy preparation.
