Common causes of infertility

Being a mother is a very happy thing for most women. But pregnancy is not that simple. Many couples have been married for many years but still do not have a baby and are eager to have a child. So, what are the common causes of infertility?

Common causes of infertility1

1、 Too mentally tense. The emotions of tension and anxiety can affect the normal secretion of pituitary hormones. If the endocrine system is disrupted, it can cause abnormal corpus luteum in the ovaries. When the corpus luteum of the ovary is about to regress but has not atrophied, or if the degeneration is not complete enough, the female body still needs to continue secreting progesterone, so that the endometrium cannot normally detach from the uterus and form a gap, and the fertilized egg cannot enter the ovary for implantation in a timely manner. So, it led to difficulties in getting pregnant.

2、 Uterine diseases. Some common uterine diseases can also affect women's normal pregnancy. For example, cervical adhesions, uterine fibroids, uterine polyps, and other diseases can cause abnormal uterine conditions, preventing fertilized eggs from entering a stable location and ultimately leading to implantation failure.

3、 Long term use of contraceptive pills. Contraceptive pills can also cause significant damage to women's bodies. Long term use or abuse of contraceptives can lead to abnormal hormone secretion in the body, resulting in abnormal fertilized eggs that cannot successfully implant.

4、 The quality of fertilized eggs is poor. If the quality of sperm or egg is poor and cannot combine into a healthy fertilized egg, even if the fertilized egg successfully reaches the uterus, it will eventually fail to conceive due to abnormalities in the fertilized egg.

5、 Regularly consume foods with contraceptive effects. In daily life, some foods can have an inhibitory effect on ovarian ovulation, such as papaya, garlic, coffee, and so on.
